What to see at Morges Castle: Study Day

On Saturday 19 September 2026, the Château de Morges invites you to its study day as part of its exhibition Top Secret – Espionage and the Resistance in Switzerland and Europe, 1939–1945.

The programme

8.45 am–9.00 amOpening remarks by Ms Adélaïde Zeyer, Director of the Château de Morges and its museums 
9.00–10.00 am Lecture by Marc Perrenoud: Three prominent figures from Vaud during the Second World War: Marcel Pilet-Golaz, Henri Guisan and Roger Masson
10.00–11.00Lecture by Christian Rossé: The main intelligence branches of the Swiss SR (Waldstätter, Wiking, Sx, MO, Ariel) 
11.00–11.15 Pause
11.15 am–12.15 pmLecture by Raphaël Rues: Twenty months of war on the southern border 
12.30–2.00 pmLunch at your own expense. Guided tour of Top Secret led by the outreach team (free of charge; please register using the form below)
